ICS Merrill Celebrates Successful Merger at New Headquarters
ICS Merrill, the largest single-source provider of investigative services to the insurance industry, announced the opening of their new divisional headquarters in Jacksonville on January 30, 2006. ICS Merrill will be celebrating the successful merger and new company branding on February 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony. EMSI Acquires The Merrill Group and Forms New Division
EMSI announced the formation of the EMSI Investigative Services division, and the acquisition of The Merrill Group, Inc., a leading claims investigation and surveillance firm headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida effective August 1, 2005. The Merrill Group will operate as a sister company to International Claims Specialists (“ICS”) as part of our newly formed EMSI Investigative Services division. This new alliance brings together two workforces to provide greater national coverage, and service delivery performance improvements in response to the growing demand by customers for comprehensive national coverage, standardized operations, and quality enhancements...MORE

Celebration Ceremony for Waco, TX Facilities planned for August 3
On August 3, EMSI will be celebrating the refurbishing and remodeling of our two facilities in Waco and Hewitt, Texas. The 70,000 square feet of renovated space will house over 620 employees in our world-class call center operations. In recognition of the occasion, EMSI will host members of the community for a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by tours of the new facilities and lunch.

Organizational Changes and Promotions
As we near completion of our 2005 Fiscal Year, and the strategic planning and budgeting for the 2006 Fiscal Year, we continue to seek all opportunities to strengthen and grow our Company. Clearly, significant progress has been made and equally true there is more to accomplish. You have heard me speak about the need for the proper alignment of our people and our financial resources as a requisite of success. EMSI relocates National Service Center
We recently relocated our Dallas National Service Center to a new facility that allowed us to upgrade our data center and technology infrastructure to better serve our customers. This highly secure, fault-resistant facility is equipped with redundant hardware and telecommunication components that prevent service disruptions.
