Physical Examinations

An examination completed by a physician consisting of the same information taken as the Part II exam with additional physical attributes noted on the exam form. Additional physical attributes would be heart and lung sounds, abdominal and chest palpitations and other medical questions that can be answered only by a physician. No internal examination is performed.
