Electronic Billing

EMSIOnline
EMSIOnline is a groundbreaking Web site that streamlines the request process for paramedical exams, attending physician statements, inspection reports, and motor vehicle reports.

All services previously available through EMSI’s Exams4Web and WebEDI can now be accessed through EMSIOnline. Clients can monitor the status of each case through EMSIOnline no matter which method was used for ordering.

EMSIOnline makes the process of order placement more efficient and gives clients timely access to the information they need. This technologically advanced website also expedites requests for reports and services that are critical in making underwriting decisions. Here are just some of the many benefits of EMSIOnline:

  • Online order placement

ECHO
ECHO is our enterprise document management system. This state-of-the-art imaging system provides our offices with the capability to scan, fax, and import all images of completed exams, inspections and attending physician statements (APS) into a centralized system. Our clients can then access the documents through the ECHOWeb or through our data exchange framework.

ECHO enables examiners, attending physicians and medical facilities to fax completed exams or medical records to a toll-free number 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our clients are notified immediately when the image file is available for retrieval to view, download or print. ECHO provides the following high-level capabilities:

  • Document imaging upon receipt
  • Ease of use in viewing, saving and retrieving
  • Password-protected images
  • Document versioning and history
  • Audit logging of actions taken for each document
  • Easily integrated image editing and electronic faxing software
  • Online help and user guides
  • Email notifications when images become available for access via ECHOWeb
  • Secure access to faxed and scanned documents via ECHOWeb

Electronic Billing
We provide customized electronic billing for the majority of our clients in the following standard formats: ASCII, Comma Delimited, and Excel. We can also provide customized layout formats.
